  • Orders can be placed 24/7 through our website.

  • An order is considered confirmed only after successful payment.

  • We reserve the right to refuse or cancel orders if there is a pricing error, stock issue, or incomplete information.

3. Shipping

  • We process and ship orders Monday through Saturday, excluding public holidays.

  • Orders placed before 12:00 PM (GMT+7) will be shipped the same business day.

  • Orders after 12:00 PM or during non-business days will be shipped the next business day.

Estimated Delivery Time

  • Bangkok & Metropolitan Area: 1–2 business days

  • Other Provinces: 2–5 business days

4. Returns & Exchanges

  • Returns or exchanges are accepted only for damaged or incorrect items.

  • Requests must be made within 3 days of receiving the product.

  • Returned items must be unused and in original packaging.

  • We do not accept returns due to change of mind.
