We aim to deliver your orders safely and efficiently. Please read our shipping policy carefully before making a purchase.

1. Shipping Schedule

  • Orders are processed and shipped Monday through Saturday, excluding public holidays (Thailand time GMT+7).

  • Orders placed before 12:00 PM will be shipped the same day.

  • Orders placed after 12:00 PM, on Sundays, or on public holidays will be shipped the next business day.

2. Delivery Time Estimates

  • Bangkok & Metropolitan Areas: 1–2 business days

  • Other Provinces in Thailand: 2–5 business days
    (Please note: delivery times may vary based on location or external courier delays)

3. Shipping Confirmation

Once your order has been shipped, you will receive a confirmation email or message with a tracking number to monitor the status of your shipment.

4. Shipping Fees

  • Shipping fees (if applicable) will be clearly shown during checkout.

  • Free shipping may be available under certain promotional conditions.

5. Undeliverable Packages

If a package is returned due to incorrect address or failed delivery attempts, the customer will be responsible for reshipping charges.

6. Damaged or Lost Items

If your item is damaged or lost during transit, please contact us within 3 days of receiving the product (or expected delivery date) with photos and order details.
