1. Eligible Returns

Returns or exchanges are accepted only if:

  • The product is damaged during delivery

  • The product received is incorrect

  • The product is unused and in its original packaging

Important:

  • Notify us within 3 days of receiving the item

  • Include photos and your order number when contacting us

2. Non-Returnable Cases

We do not accept returns or refunds if:

  • The customer changes their mind

  • The product has been opened or used

  • The product is reported after it has expired due to delayed notice

  4. If approved, we will ship a replacement or process a refund

4. Refunds

  • Refunds will be made through the original payment method

  • Processing time: 5–10 business days, depending on the payment provider

  • In most cases, the customer will be responsible for return shipping (unless the issue is our fault)
